Inter-Club Cross Country Series

The fee to run this series is £10.00 and all races start at 11am.  Each course is approximately 5 miles and a buffet is put on afterwards by the host club.  Our event will take place around Manton Pit Wood. The buffet is in Manton Club, along with showers and changing.

• January 21st: Handsworth - The Vicarage, Handsworth Rd, Sheffield, S13 9AY 
• February 4th : Clowne - 1 High Leys Rd, Clowne, Chesterfield, S43 4DG
• February 18th: Killamarsh - Stanley Street, Killamarsh, Sheffield, S21 1EL
• February 25th : Worksop - Manton Sports Club, Retford Road, Worksop, Notts, S80 2QD

THE RULES:

Men – 7 men required to count for the team (we can run as many men as want to), of which at least 3 have to be veterans (over 35). The next 10 finishers will deduct the overall score from the first 7 counters by one point. There is a team trophy for the winning team after all five league races.

Ladies – 7 Ladies required to count for the team (we can run as many ladies as want to), of which at least 3 have to be veterans (over 35). The next 10 finishers will deduct the overall score from the first 7 counters by one point. There is a team trophy for the winning team after all five league races.

Athletes have to be over 16  to take part in the league.
