Clocks go back at 2.00am on Sunday morning. For traffic information, tune in to Greatest hits radio FM on 107.9.

All race numbers and timing chips are to be collected on the day. No order confirmation is needed, simply make a note of your race number and head to the appropriate desk. Collection desks will be open from 8am. Number collection will also be available on Saturday between 10am and 2pm in the Sportshall at Outwood Academy.

Race numbers will be allocated approximately one week before race day and will be published here when available.  Race number lists will also be on the wall inside the sportshall on race day.

Entry transfers can be done on the day. The new runner must provide a copy of the order confirmation or payment receipt from the original entrant. Please come to the queries desk for the transfer to be processed.

NO dogs are allowed within the gates of the sports village. Only guide dogs will be permitted.
