Membership
 
From 2024 we are moving to a new system for membership payments
 
Existing members
 
(You have a current and valid EA registration)
You will receive an email on 1st April 2024, with a link inviting you to re-register and pay via the England Athletics website. You will just need to select the correct membership type (see below) when paying. This means you don’t need to complete any additional forms or send payment anywhere- it is all done via the EA website. Before 31/02/23: please go onto the EA website to My Athletics Portal, log in using your EA number (if you haven’t you may need to create an account), go to My Profile, and check your email details are correct.
 
New members
(You are new to Worksop Harriers and have never been registered to another club affiliated with EA ie you never had an EA number)
You can join the club from 1st January 2024 and get 15 months membership for the price of 12. Please complete the membership form, available here, email it to [email protected] and send the right amount of registration fees to the PayPal account on the form. I will register you initially, then in future years you re-register as per existing members.
 
Former members
(You were a member of Harriers previously, or a member of another club and now wish to join Worksop Harriers as first claim)
You will need to fill a membership form in so I can re-register you. You can check whether you are a current member by logging into your EA profile as above. On ‘My Profile’ it states the date your registration expires/ expired.

This is a new process, so we might find a few teething problems but hopefully all should go smoothly.
