Membership - Update for our affiliation from the 1st April 2026

 

Membership payments are now handled via the England Athletics Portal

 

Existing members

(You have a current and valid EA registration)

You will receive an email around the 7th April, with a link inviting you to re-register and pay via the England Athletics website. You will just need to select the correct membership type (see below) when paying. This means you don’t need to complete any additional forms or send payment anywhere- it is all done via the EA website. It is a good idea to log in to the EA MyAthletics portal early each year, log in using your EA number (if you haven’t you may need to create an account), go to My Profile, and check your email details are correct.
 

New members

(You are new to Worksop Harriers and have never been registered to another club affiliated with EA ie you never had an EA number)

You can join the club from 1st January each year and get 15 months membership for the price of 12.

Our membership secretary will register your membership according to your selection and arrange for a payment link to be sent to your preferred email.

 
Former members
(You were a member of Harriers previously, or a member of another club and now wish to join Worksop Harriers as first claim)
You will need to complete a membership form in so you can be re-registered. Please complete as per 'New Member'. You can check whether you are a current member by logging into your EA profile as above. On ‘My Profile’ it states the date your registration expires/ expired.
