On Tuesday evenings we have a structured training interval which typically sees a range of training sessions from speed work to faster endurance intervals. The sessions are suitable for a veyr wide range of ability as are scaled to fit individual runners needs.
Once the clocks change and lighter nights come we can be found on the track at Worksop College and when the nights draw in we typically do hill training sessions at the end of the year before switching to some road based intervals between the New Year and Spring.

On Thursdays we meet at various locations around Worksop for a run of approximately 60 minutes, split in to various pace groups from around 7-8 minute mile up to 11+ minute mile. In the winter we generally stick to the road (good visibility appropriate clothing is a must!) and in the summer weather permitting we venture off the road taking in the trails around Worksop, including Clumber, Scofton, the Canal and Carlton-in-Lindrick.
